Park Avenue Residence Inn and Suites

Upon check-in, I noticed how amiable the front-desk is, even if it was night time. And she really meets you where you are and never skips a beat. Perhaps, her good rapport set the tone for me for the rest of my stay and it really went well. There was never a false advertising, too! What you see in the photos for single-occupancy room is really the kind you'd get. The place is clean and functional, and the restroom did not disappoint! Everything is just so clean. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay near SM Lanang Convention Center. It's also accessible to so many good places you won't worry about public transportation. Booking thru booking.com was also a seamless experience.

It was a very good stay plus the fact that it convenient and affordable.... I really really love it!😍 Next time i'll go to Davao i will come back to this place. And the staff are very accomadating and friendly! It was sooo clean, i love it! Just one thing and hope you can fix it... The heater! It was not working on the last night and my last day... Would love to take a bath with hot water. But over all i sooo love it! Thank you! Keep up the good work!😊😘💕
